Crafting mats inconsistency

As you may see on attached screenshot, it says that only wax is required to produce this longbow. However, in reality, all optional mats are required also

This does not say optional, it says selectable, meaning you select the items from your inventory. They are all required, just some you have to manually add and some are auto selected.

Yea, my guess is selectable means you can select different rarities of those materials to craft different rarity items. You still need those items, its just the options of quality.
