Anyone else having issues connecting to the main site? I can connect fine on forums and support, but unable to connect to main site. This is stopping me from being able to authenticate via the Alpha 2 launcher as well. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Basically, no matter what browser/device, the main page just refreshes to signed out page every time I try to sign in.

We are off to a 10/10 start on support for a game I paid hundreds of dollars just to get to test Intrepid...

I downloaded the launcher install > downloaded run times > Restarted > Started the download of the game > Left for the Gym for several hours > Get back, its froze. The window was closeable, but the system tray still had an icon that worked and would let you open the drop down menu - but no option was clickable. Starting launcher again says that it can start but cannot switch. Final end result was control alt delete'ing the program and THEN starting a new copy of the launcher.

If I had to guess, when a new version was pushed to the clients at ~1pm eastern, the client that was still running did not do a proper handshake relating to that.

i have the same exact problem. looking up for updates. i also got a ticket but i have no clue where to see it again lol.

I'm having this same issue and been asking away on discord with no correction yet. Any one ever get a fix for this issue?

I’ve got the exact same issue, it doesn’t matter what browser I utilize, on pc, on my phone… etc. anytime I sign it it just refreshes and doesn’t give me the prompt to enter in my info anymore. It’s frustrating because I got paid and wanted to get into the alpha and now I’m hoping it gets fixed before Nov 1.

When downloading the launcher, I am getting Setup Failed with Microsoft Visual C++.
Giving a 0x80070652- Another installation is already in progress.
Can not go any further from there.

I rebooted and went back to the website and got to put my account name and password in. Once I hit enter just put me back to main menu where you click account and log in again.

Frustrating since I paid $120 and have had no issues logging into my account to check my purchases/etc until a few days ago.

Anyone figures out a fix please let us know.

same here. it seems to be a problem on server side.

I'm network engineer, but I have to ask what kind of DNS are you all using? also what country do you reside in, because VPN might not work. Are you doing this on a cellphone connection?

For me it works earliest in around +4 Hours ... ...

But i have an Error-Message everytime i try to start/launch the Alpha Two.

Now of Course i am aware this might be, because it hasn't officially started yet in good, old, little Germany,

but the Moment this continues from 19:00 O'Clock onwards (<- right now 14:40 O'Clock at me) - then i will be prevented to test.

Maybe i still get another Code to use ? It looks like can "redeem" mine ... ... ? ... ... dunno. I must see when the time is there.

Guys, you are best off just posting here. Don't talk about this bug in discord or you may get banned lol.

I'm not using software that modifies the internet. no VPN. Brazil RJ.
Using my phone or computer, when trying to log in to the website, the page just refreshes and does not log in. on PC the launcher shows the error mentioned above.

Main Site just refreshes & Launcher shows the error "Unable to authenticate to Intrepid Cloud Services. Please try again after a few moments".
i cant access my account via the main site.

the forum works normally. As you can see I can log in and post. The problem doesn't seem to be client side.

Was just following up on this topic. I still have this issue and been actively tryin to resolve for a few hours. I have downloaded the correct launcher, type in my login credentials, and still get the error for 'unable to authenticate to Intrepid Cloud Services..'

I have tried so many different potential fixes with nothing working which also includes trying to login with VPN on or off - no resolution. One person said clicking the 'Check for Updates' updates just fixed the issue, but did not do anything for myself.

That error for me was because I had the old launcher

yep. i did the same. I also tried here, change the password, email, and everything I could. apparently the forum and main site accounts are separate, after changing the password/email the launcher and the site did not recognize the new email/password. So I believe there is nothing to do other than wait for some Dev, Mod, GM, God, etc to check this problem and come up with a solution.
