Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

    I created a support ticket and it took about five minutes for them to resolve the permission issue. But now there are no realms available..

    i tried to install the launcher on my Laptop with 150 GB free space on my SSD, but launcher says thememory is too low, it has to be more than 6144MB... Any ideas?

    I've had same issue for about 24hrs not too. Put in a ticket and still awaiting some type of response. Unsure what else to do at this point.

    But that is okay. The Alpha Two was delayed in my Country and it officially starts in 20 Minutes where i am at, instead of Hours before.


    Dear ShadonSol here linked me " Microsoft CoPilot " because it should fix my Error Message, but none of the Links work for me. So now i am trying to download it from another Scource using Google to search for alternative Download Links.

    To bad. "MicrosoftCoPilot" does not help/work for me regarding my own Error-Message.


    In Five Minutes i am smarter. ;) maybe it is only because of the Delay of Alpha Two in my Region.

    Any one have any suggestions for getting the cliente running on M1 Mac using wine/ Whiskey? The installation of the Launcher quits before attempting to install. I play other games using whiskey specifically SWTOR.

    When patching for today, the patcher tried to kill the launcher and failed. So, it does continue but quits when finished. You have to manually via Task Manager kill the launcher and restart it.

    Dear Moderator " ShadonSol " helpled me out a few Hours ago. But i am afraid some of us might be prevented by Bugs to use a few Weekends for the Tests - in the worst Case even the whole Phase 1 of Alpha Two.

    I'm still having issues with my launcher. It still does not appear even though it shows in my Task Manager. I followed the steps on the forums and still nothing. Can someone please help with this issue.

    lol, smh. So its hidden in the system tray. Hit the icon and window will pop and hit to down load.

    New error I have been getting. I have done a complete reinstall several times, cleared cache after each error. This occurred after closing the game after leaving queue. I have already played earlier today, so I have been in-game without issue before, so unsure where this error is coming from.

    Ncrypt.dll is missing (sometimes happens one misses a dll due to malware, so try running command window as admin and then running the following commands to ensure that all windows files are there/not broken/ etc.
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    sfc /scannow

    these two command should restore missing dll files and restore health so this might help fix the error as well

    Good and Bad news. Good news is I'm able to login and access my account now. Bad news apparently, I mis-understood and can't access the game until Nov 8th. Guess I'm just eager to test.

    So, the issue for me was resolved since I can now access my account on their website to check my purchases, change password etc.

    Morning All,

    Tried to log into the game today and after using my 2fa....I am now getting a new error code:

    Tried closing the client, repairing it, restarting my rig...nothing beats it. I just wanna slay the queue boss :)

    I want to say I fixed the issue by fixing a group policy setting that was related to the cryptographic module. It was enabled and I set it to "not configured". this fixed the problem :) . Apparently, the game couldnt start up without it!
