Ranged Basic Attack Bug

Hoping to get a solution on this as I’ve been dealing with it since spot testing. My character bugs out and cant use basic attacks nor bar swap after attacking with a ranged weapon occasionally? I've been reporting this in game. Happens in action cam if that helps. I have a video of this I uploaded to ptr chat. I have a timestamp of it happening on stream as well but unsure if it’s appropriate to post here.
While testing on the ptr yesterday it happened during my first attempt at combat. Grabbed the long bow from starter area and in my 3rd basic attack against the sickly goblin, I could no longer bar swap nor basic attack. Only abilities can be used.
20 minutes later it happened again (only solution is to log out)
Would love for my tank to use the half of combat 😢
