Server Worker 8

I noticed on normal realms and PTR that Server Worker 8 is extremely jank, mobs and restoration of stamina/mana/health are all being effected while on SW8, I tested this out and was able to get normal regeneration off of 8 but as soon as I enter SW8 my regeneration on all stats just tanks
