Escape key turns Bard melodies off

Escape key turns bard melody off. Trying to deselect a mob with Escape key or exiting an in game window shouldn't turn off your melody!

Being shield-slammed also cancels it.

Yes, so do stuns. Bard doesn't need more micro. This stuff should have been hot fixed in P1.
