Iron Aura turns off randomly

Description
Regularly noticed the tank's ability Iron Aura was disabling itself, this would happen even without logging off or unstucking etc.
Bug Reproduction Steps
Not really sure, I'd just look down and see it was inactive on many occasions.
Expected Result
The aura will remain up. (really there is no reason that the ability needs to be activated at all)
Bug Report - Actual Result
The aura would occasionally disappear with no seeming reason.
