Tank Wall not working as intended

Wall is supposed to block projectiles and obstruct movement through the Wall. That currently is not the case. I have been testing on PTR and live for the past 3 weeks and not once has Wall stopped anything.

If anyone has a VOD of Wall actually working then I'd love to see it but as of right now we don't think Wall is working at all.

Which is a shame since it could be one of if not the best Tank skills in the game in PvE/PvP.

Cast Wall.

Expected Result
Wall should stop movement and block projectiles.

Everything walks through the wall and it stops no projectiles.
