Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

im a fresh install first time.
i get that error every log in attempt after username and password.
ive tried with all my virus firewalls down but same thing.
i am alpha 2 first wave.

    Same issue here, I posted something on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/AshesofCreation/comments/1glxy2p/intrepid_cloud_services_authentification_error_i/?. Looks like a "now" bug. Are you guys on EUW ? I tried a VPN, didn't solve anything

    This issue is before being able to even download client / create character like others have been able to do. At least in my issue.

    having same problem now... yesterday had no problem downloaded launcher, started download game client. at some point it stalled and was stuck at file ops 99%, download was 100% and Dmedia at 100%. i shut down launcher and brought it back up. and after trying to log in to repair or reinstall. i got this error same as these folks. today is nov7th. it is 1:58pm pst. and i need this resolved before tomorrow.

    This happened to me. Started download, got to about 68% and it stalled out. Restarted launcher and am getting this error every time I try to login.

    Where do you guys think the download comes from?
    Where do you think the character creator is located?

    sortof an update: while looking for fix or resolve of issue. i read that while intrepid is patching and config/booting new servers, as well as patching new glitch,bug,model,terain,pathing updates. these thing can disrupt or cause issues to cloud services.

    update post

    i was informed to turn off IPV6
    so i did and it let me through to download
    however after full download and a nap, i received the same error again on the download menu
    after i closed and restarted the launcher
    the issue still remains now during login with IPV6 off only its almost immediate.

    i hope that this post. has a little bit of a calming effect on some of you. i'm feeling excited and a little stressed out right now. as i am sure alot of you are. please keep the faith and determination of the dev's in mind. they are doing amazingly huge strides in a short amount of time, to keep things running as smooth as a alpha can be. this weekend will be even more stressfull as you know, 1000's of new wave1 key holders are swarming. remember breath in and out. be mindful and we'll come through. ever caring, groovy.

    Any update on this now that the client is available for download? I'm still encountering the same issue.
