Downloaded launcher ahead of Alpha Two wave Two "Another Installation is in progress.

Went to Ashes of creation website and downloaded the alpha two launcher. Once installed I ran the program as was given an this error.
"Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.

I have deleted the download and re-downloaded the launcher to see if it became corrupted.
I rebooted my computer and verified nothing was running in the background.

Still same error occurs every time.

I found the solution to this issue. If you get this error go into the task manager and end Windows Installer process. That will allow you to install the launcher.
