Frame Rate Limit arrows don't work in Options UI

Reproduction steps:
1 - Log into character on Aeterna
2 - Open Options
3 - Enable Frame Limit by ticking the tick box
4 - Click the left or right arrow to adjust the value (nothing happens)
You can set the limit by dragging the slider, only the arrows do not work
