Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!
For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Critical: Server Worker Crashed - Lost Everything on Character

Description
After a server worker crash (Highwayman Hills) logged in and my character was naked, nothing in items, and all materials bags gone including the default bag.
Bug Reproduction Steps
Attempted to log back in after a server worked crashed. Sat at the waiting to connect to server, waited 4 mins did not connect, closed game. Attempted to login again, when came into the game. All items were gone, fully naked.
Expected Result
Data to save after server crash.
Bug Report - Actual Result
Loss of everything.
