Cant load the into the game. Error Code 0xc0000005

I keep seeing the "AOCClient-win64-shipping.exe Application Error" message pop up every time I try to load into the game. The message says " The app was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005).

I just purchased and haven't been able to play because of this error.

    Still haven't seen any fixes or help with this. The support team, although semi-timely, hasn't helped at all. Anyone? Beuller?
