It's really hard to find a figure out who is in your team when you are around guildies. Green name plates are used for too many things.

    I'd recomend something like a frame around the nameplate for party members. Colors should be reserved for the combatant flagging system so the two different bits of information do not compete in the same visual 'bandwidth' so to speak.
