Characters keep deleting

I have tried playing Alhpa 2 a few times now. I have made a Ranger and then after playing through the first town and start getting into the actual game. Level 4 I crashed and when I tried logging back in my character was gone. It is not the serve issue, I am on the same serve I created my toon and it was not there. I tried playing again this evening as that was a bit frustrating so I took a few days playing another game. I created a Ranger on the Castus US fresh start server. Got to about the same point. Found a blue cloak and was starting to have fun and the game crashed. I got a bug report screen I sent the report. I tried logging back in only to find My character gone again. Any idea how to fix this? I can't play if my toons keep getting deleted. Thanks
