Trees giving the same outcome

When you chop down a tree the rarity you get is already determined for example I have found a legendary tree that gives legendaries everytime and an epic that does the same so i started testing, every tree you chop down gives the same outcome, a common tree will always be a common tree since they spawn in the same spot
