Stoneworks building missing npc and recipes

We've built the Stoneworks building in Miraleth. We had 2 jewelers NPC, no Mining NPC.
Also, we're missing the recipes for the other pickaxes, we care about "Quality" and "Quantity" rather than "XP" and "Speed". Which, btw, increased mining speed, in fact, all increased gathering speeds seem to not work.
The Mining NPC should also have the Mining gear (shirt, pants, etc). Maybe even the recipes for crafting them.
I didn't, but might be worth checking if the node workbench buildings and their npc have their respecting items and recipes. Otherwise, it blocks our progression.
