Defenders in Highwayman Hills

The Defenders in Highwayman Hills are too tanky. Like ridiculously tanky. Their "base" defense is good, and that's fine, they are tanks, so our hits should be weaker on them. But... the Block man... That's just ridiculous... They can raise their shields and Block every 5-10 seconds and our attacks become tickles... It takes minutes for a good full party of geared people to kill 1 Defender. Their Block is just too overturned.
