(Block) notification missing?

I noticed this in the last day or so. I'm not sure if it crept up or was there all weekend. I saw most of the (block) notifications were missing. It was very noticeable against Whirlwind. I could hear the sound effect of them hitting my shield repeatedly (which is pretty cool, btw), but the damage no longer had the (block) notification on it.
I did see plenty of (block) notifications but I think they were only when I passively blocked an attack.
I think this is a pretty important issue. We had a lot of new tanks trying to learn how the active block worked. Some thought it was useless and some couldn't figure out if it was directional or not.
I wonder if this was introduced with the "Miss" fix, which was a great improvement. It helped iron out some confusion. We just need (block) back to make combat clearer.
Thanks for reading.
