Toggle sprint bug or a feature? Where is Press x to sprint option?

I find the current way sprint works pretty bad. Pressing sprint toggle key bind does NOT disable sprint straight away. This feels really unresponsive and clunky. I often end up still sprinting when I don't want to. I assume this is a known bug and a design intent.
Also please add press "x" to sprint option, to make it more responsive for those of us who prefer it over the toggle.

This is the only one that makes it a toggle (auto-run/walk is different), and the toggle just doesn't work a lot of the time. Sprint on key press is how it oughta work

or at least the option to do that, they should have a sprint toggle and a sprint hold for keybinds.
I would like to see toggle sprint improved, I use ' b ' as my sprint key.
I Would also like to see a 'hold key to sprint' option, as some others have said and given feedback. it would be nice when it works and if it's more responsive, working.
undecided if I would use toggle or hold, depends on how well toggle works I Think, and how fast it reacts. I Think toggle might be better if I want to use B, toggle to it and be able to press other keys without holding b down. IMO, coming from Fighter.
Good luck.
Self-made problem I know, but the fact that sprint is essentially turned on at all times for me because of the toggle off delay makes it frustrating.
