Launching the game outside of server uptime

Expected behavior
1.Launch game from launcher,
2.hit game window,
3.receive server down message and close it,
4. exit using exit button onscreen
Behavior seen
1.launch game from launcher
2.hit game window
3. receive server down message and close it
4. get a buffer wheel
5. screen dims and games become un-interactable.
6. force close through alt-f4 or task manager

Note repeated clicking on screen was allowed to get to 1st step of character creator process
