Bug window still bugged

Bug window is still bugged above the game (basically outside the play window) as shown on the screenshot, so no bugs can be submitted and it can not be moved / position reset. Screenshot attached

Try the below:
Bind a key to the 'Edit HUD' option.
Open the Bug Report window.
Press the Edit Hud key
Drag the Bug Report window.
