Bug window still bugged

Bug window is still bugged above the game (basically outside the play window) as shown on the screenshot, so no bugs can be submitted and it can not be moved / position reset. Screenshot attached

I had this issue myself. Moving the bug window make it expand and fix itself.

Try the below:
Bind a key to the 'Edit HUD' option.
Open the Bug Report window.
Press the Edit Hud key
Drag the Bug Report window.

Thank you very much FW_Dave for that.. tried it (I'll attach a video clip) and it was not working, additionally it still is not working, so I'm unable to report bugs as the window is stuck outside the game (top part)^^
