Cannot run the game in a highly performant KVM Virtual Machine

Hello,
My current setup is a high performance desktop running Linux which I have configured to be able to virtualize Windows 11 and run at native speed. Currently all games run on my Windows 11 VM flawlessly except Ashes of Creation. I run GuildWars 2, Steam Games, Anno 1800 and Cyberpunk on it. The VM has direct access (via the KVM drivers in the Linux kernel) to a NVME drive, a Geforce RTX 3080TI, 8 core CPU and 24GB of RAM, dedicated WIFI Card and dedicated SoundCard. It is, in essence, it's own computer within a computer and it does very well in games at Ultra Detail.
Could the restriction to run in a VM be removed from the launcher ? This may actually open the door, in the future, to other players who may have a similar setup like mine.
Please let me know what would be the best path forward for me to keep my current setup and enjoy playing Ashes of Creation.
Thank you.
