Repeated Game Crashes and Freezes

Updating my mainboards bios and drivers as well as my graphics card, from the 16th to the 17th of November, has resulted in several and continuing crashes and freezes of them game rendering it not playable for me regarding long form content like level progression, as I die when farming mobs due to the crash.
This happens invarrying Server Workers and player population densitiy; when active and while just standing around; with no decernable interval between them.
I believe my setup is on the lower end of min specs so hope this will help in finding performance issues on low spec.
