Hello was told to post on here again about an issue that I still haven't resolved since I initially submitted my ticket on Oct. 30th. I am still having the same error pop up.
From discord, the email responses i'm getting back, and from previous forum responses I've tried the following:
- Clear Login Session (by clicking gear on login)
- Resetting settings on MicroSoft Edge
- I can confirm my Windows profile as administrator access.
- Disabled 1pv6
- No active firewall / antivirus program
- Even reinstalled Windows, as that could of been an issue.
Seems like everyone else I talked to has resolved this same issue, but I'm still stuck and unsure what else to do. I tried reaching out to discord moderators about this issue - yet still can't login.
Anything else I could look at to see why I'm unable to authenticate and login?
