Cant dodge while silenced

You cant dodge while silenced, im just gonna assume this is a bug because it makes silence WAY too op right now.

    Might be working as intended and something to consider.

    What abilities silence? I know cleric has the circle but you have to be not using your brain to get hit with it.
    PvP focused: TERA / Wildstar / Aion
    PvE focused: WoW / FFXIV / Lineage II
    Sandbox: Ultima Online / Darkfall / Mortal Online
    Big Influence: SNES Fighting games / Starcraft / Diablo II / Smite

    1. there are million ways to get hit by any sort of silence ability including the circle with and without brain. *mobs have silence too.
    2. since when is magical silence intended to disable your physical ability eg dodge?
