Bug: Zero damage on auto attack

This is not a new bug, however today (23/11/2024) it has become very frequent and, sometimes, it cannot be resolved by relogging the character.
Specifically with one-handed weapons, in conjunction with the shield, using auto attack caused zero damage. With the secondary weapon, the damage did not appear, but the target's HP decreased.
I tried changing weapons, changing shields, changing weapons and shields, but nothing worked.
Sometimes I resolved it by relogging, but after a few minutes the bug returned. Another way in which it was possible to temporarily fix the bug was by resetting the weapon's passive tree.
