After last weekend's test, I attempted to load the launcher to update the game to play for this weekend. Every time I try updating the game, the launcher shows an empty status bar and displays "Installing prerequisite software," and then nothing happens. I've left the launcher loading for hours at a time, and the status never progresses. I've tried deleting all the files from the first download to reinstall the entire game again, and it still won't progress. Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?
