Continuous Crashes GPU Crash dump Triggered

Since yesterday I have continually been crashing but only when I play my cleric. I have repaired the game, reinstalled, rolled back my graphics drivers. I've tried everything I can think of. I have played a lot the past 2 weekends and had no issues with crashes until yesterday. I have a lvl 13 cleric a lvl 13 bard, a lvl 7 mage, lvl 5 fighter. Its ok that I am forced to play another character but I would really like to play the cleric as it is my favorite so far. These crashes only happen when I play the cleric and I get the following message. Has anyone else had this issue or found a fix?

The crash is now happening on all my characters. I can play for about 2 minutes on any character before the crash happens

So I have found the cause to the issue. It is certain mobs that will crash my game. Before when I was experiencing constant crashes it was because I was inside halls of judication on both my characters. The mobs that crash you are the shamans. At Oakenbane it is the druids. At sephillion it is any mob that's name starts with sephillion(the guardians and the casters). It only happens when you are in combat with the mobs, you can stand right next to them and nothing but as soon as you are in combat and use an ability you will crash. In each area I am slowly finding what does it to me. Its extremely frustrating because it forces my groups to avoid these mobs even though I am the only one in the group that these mobs are causing to crash. Luckily I have been able to find very accommodating groups but if I wasn't a cleric I doubt that would be the case. Even still it makes it so I have to avoid entire grind spots. Hopefully this post gets seen and they are able to take a look into this.
