Description
Defiant Light heals Caravans exactly as the tooltip states. "Heal target ally for 50% of their maximum health over 10 seconds."
This, in turn, causes the HoTs to tick at 15,000+ per tick.

Bug Reproduction Steps
1. Spawn as Cleric
2. Spawn a half-health Caravan
3. Cast Defiant Light on Caravan

Expected Result
Healing equivalent to healing a player

Bug Report - Actual Result
Defiant Light healing for 15,000+ depending on Caravan Health.

If this is intended, that would also be nice to know.
