Dropped Horse from Inventory / Stablemaster Pyle Doesn't Replace Horse

I dropped the horse from my inventory, but it still shows in my quick bar. When I tell Stablemaster Pyle, the "I lost my horse" option doesn't get my horse back.

Bug Reproduction Steps
I dropped the horse from my inventory, but it still shows in my quick bar. When I tell Stablemaster Pyle, the "I lost my horse" option doesn't get my horse back.

The text string goes to this option, but I can't even buy a replacement horse.

Expected Result
That my horse would be replaced, or I could purchase another horse.

Bug Report - Actual Result
Nothing happens when I choose this text option. No horse store, no horse replacement in my inventory.

I also tried "restarting/repeating" the logging/mining/herbalism crafting quests, but I don't have that option either.

Embarrassingly enough, I did the same thing on my alt. I am experiencing the same issue.

Same thing happened to me at lvl 4.

-Placed the horse on my action bar but was unable to summon it with a hotkey.
-Pressed 'K' to open skills to change action.
-Dragged horse off action bar.
-No prompt about being sure if I want to delete
-Horse no longer on action bar or in inventory
-Spoke to stable master and chose "I lost my horse"
-Was told I might be trying to hide my horse "Down the lane"
