Multi-monitor setup: the game restores to 2 displays simultaneously after it was minimized

I have a total of 3 monitors in a setup like shown below, number 3 being main:
When I minimize the game using the Windows key (the game was running in full screen mode) and then maximize it again, it is mostly displayed on a secondary display (always the same one), with a small part of the game window stretching into the main display.
Ways to get it working again: exit and relaunch or keep minimizing and maximizing - sometimes it will restore correctly to the main display.
The screenshot across all monitors is huge, thus attaching as a file.
If this matters: RTX 3080 (MSI SUPRIM X), latest GPU driver, the main display is connected via DP. Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.5131. Main display: 3440x1440, secondary: 2560x1440.
