Old man issues, can't read item text

The ability to customize the UI is great, yet... i have zero chance in reading the text for item stacks.

So more of a request, is there any way to change the text size of item text? If not, can there be?

The numbers can be so hard to read, especially when they overlap a lighter object. I definitely feel your pain.
