Castus server - Miraleth lost mayor, everyone lost citizenship and additional storage GONE

Just what the title says. Just playing, suddenly system message comes up about Miraleth mayor no longer being mayor, and everyone lost their citizenship - including all their additional storage AND LOST ALL MATS that were in there.
