Looting player/mob corpses prevent others from looting that corpse.

This is a huge issue when non-combatant opens corpses [of a dead ally-combatant (I imagine works the same for dead PK) for example] and doesn't take any action thus preventing others from looting. Then his ally comes back and picks up his own loot.

Is there any system in place now or intended in the future to prevent that behavior?

And I just thought now, if to incapacitate (put to sleep/stun) that guy, will that dismiss looting window for him or no?
