Need to reinstall launcher if the chosen install folder disk doesn't contain enough space.

Bug Reproduction Steps
Install Launcher
When asked for a folder to install to choose a disk that doesn't have enough room to install.
It will begin to attempt to download and notify you that your disk is full.
You click ok and it is now stuck.

Expected Result
I could not find a place to configure a new install location.
I tried repair/uninstall options but was never presented with choosing a new install location after several restarts of the launcher

Bug Report - Actual Result
Not enough space in the disk selected to install ashes and this isn't resolved until I uninstall the launcher and reinstall it. Be careful choosing an install location the second time.
