Video memory issue prior to getting in game. Also getting kicked after in game.

As of November 29th I will click launch game and it will not work and sometimes say video memory issue. If I do get in game which only happens sometimes. I am in for about 1 minute then I get kicked from the game. No matter what my graphics setting and resolution is. This issue did not occur prior to November 29th. I used to be able to play no issue at high graphics settings. Now I can’t play at all.

    Did your gfx drivers auto update?

    On a different game I updated drivers and it ruined my performance, had to roll them back.

    On the flip side, I would update my drivers.

    To add to that, I would try to make a fresh/clean install of your drivers. For Nvidia, get the recent Dec. 5. drivers, choose Custom - not Express - when installing, and there will be a checkbox for a clean install.

    Restart windows.

    Next important thing, after you have logged into the launcher, before starting the game, click the Options gear icon top right in the launcher, go to Game and click Clear Game Cache Settings.

    Then try again.

    Thank you for the tips, but it did not work. Keeps saying my video memory is too low. But I can play any other game the same graphics I used to so its not my pc. At least i dont think.

    3070ti. Game worked perfect before nov. 29th.

    Yeah that card should work just fine. I dunno. Uninstall the game completely perhaps? Manually delete leftover folders even, including the 
    %Localappdata%\AOC\
    one. Then reinstall.
