Dec 14th 2024 able to buy into 2nd phase of Alpha testing 2?

I went to the home page of AoC and it says phase 2 sales stop on Dec 13th 2024, but for whatever reason you can still buy 2nd phase keys... Also another strang reason you can buy phase 1 keys still for $120...
Can someone let me know if I buy a phase 1 or 2 key that infact I'll get the key to play on the 20th?
