Killed by dynamic grid edge

Summary: This week when participating in daily stress testing I’ve either taken damage from or died when moving through Lionhold.

I’ve not been able to reliably reproduce the issue, it happens randomly though higher frequency when more players are around.

It feels like when the edges of geometry kill you in other games.
