Service Request Time Out: Code 33

I was able to log in last week fine without any issues but now get a code 33 error when trying to login. It gets as far as the character loading screen but gives the error before I can create a new character or select a realm and then closes the game. Tried repairing and same thing happens.

I am still having this issue uninstalled the game 2 times re downloaded it repaired the game and i still can't get past creating character i had no issues like this with Phase 2 say Error code 33
