    Hi there,
    How much have you been stucked?
    I was having right now the same issue and after 5 minutes of reading the forums, just in this thread, it logged in automatically and I suppose now I am writing this to verify with the devs if it is something common (we can wait and understand it, it is an alpha) or do we really have people unable to play the game because of it.

    I am having this same issue. So far, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher on a new hard drive and created a second character on the same server to test. I cannot get the game to load past 75%. If I wait long enough the game crashes with the failed to retrieve character list. It's very frustrating. I have been trying since 12-21-24.

    I am also having the same issue, stuck at loading screen from character login at 75%. I did not have this issue till the server wipe 12/20/2024.

    Hi, I had the same issue; waiting some more time made the green loading bar go back to 0 while still indicating "75%". Waiting a bit more resulted in the game either crashing or launching but crashing in the following few minutes.
    It occured because I installed the game on my HDD. Reinstalling it on my SSD solved the issue for me.

    Mine is installed on an NVME and I have been trying to log since 12-21-24. Uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, restarted PC. Cannot get past 75% load screen no matter what.

    This started happening to me a few days ago, sometimes the game loads after sitting at 75% for 20 minutes. Then crashes after a minute or so.

    also a problem I am having, just got ashes and have had problems with slow loading in general, however ever since last update as soon as I hit the loading screen it is already frozen at 75% and then eventually resets to 0% and loads properly, unsure if this is a broken screen of some type or if the game is actually just having loading errors

    Having the same issue.. got it yesterday been trying to get it to work since.. uninstalled reinstalled many times, tried each server, made new characters, even wiped my PC and tried again.. I was able to get in once after 15 minutes of it sitting just for the game to crash 30 seconds in

    Repaired, reinstalled, updated drivers, nothing helped. Still getting stuck at 75% loading.

    Having the same issue. Tried creating other Chars and still locked up at 75%

    Same issues here. Even tried installing on SSD as stated above with no luck.

    I was able to play last night and had a great time. This morning and all day have been stuck at 75% with crashing.
