Became technically unplayable for me

Hi,
I had only a few technical problems during Phase I, but Phase II became unplayable for me: Only every second login attempt succeeds (the others fail with a variety of error massages), once in the game I have regularly disconnects, and the lag is massive in the starter area and Lionhold (I couldn't barely kill Sickly Goblins due to the massive lag).
I have invested an hour and made during that time progress for which I needed in Phase I only 3 minutes (killing Sickly Goblins, going to Lionhold).
I hope that it will be better once it becomes less crowded ... but I have to say that the "stress test" of putting that many people on the realms simultaneously does not seem to be successfull ...
