Bad Game Version: Code 21 Issue

I was questioning in the Aura Ruins near the goblins. I got stuck on my mount to where I could not dismount.

I logged back to character select scene. I have one character. The game crashes. When I trying to log to character select screen I get "Bad Game Version: Code 21". I already tried the repair function.

I got this issue solved. I did a few things so I am not sure which worked.

I waited over an hour.

Also, I logged off. Unfortunately, when I first tried to log off the launcher crashed by hanging. I had to use task manager to turned off the launcher.

I rebooted my computer, turned on the launcher, waited for it to get ready to go in game, then I logged off successfully. I rebooted my computer again.

I turned on launcher, logged in and got into the character screen, then in-game without any other issues.
