Game closing on launch with no error message

I had the issue of my loading screens not going past 75% so I tried to repair and reinstall with no effect. After that, I tried to uninstall the game through the client, but that did not remove the files from my system. I had to resort to using rmdir in command prompt to remove the files from my system. After re-installing fresh, my game opens for a split second, then closes, and I get no error message.
