BSOD PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

There seems to be about a 50% chance that I will get a blue screen when launching the game. (The launcher it self does not crash)
I always get PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I am getting BSOD on every boot-up, with some of these same errors including the out of memory on my 4090.

I am on the latest bios updates and undervolting my 14900k. This should not be an issue.
