Out of Memory and BSOD on every boot-up, unable to play after purchasing.

Title. BSOD on every boot-up and out of memory issue with my 4090. This is the only game to do this.

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Dark Hero - BIOS VERSION 1801
CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-14900K
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 - 24GB GDDR6X - ASUS TUF GAMING OC Edition
Ram: CORSAIR Dominator Titanium - 32 GB [16 GB X2] DDR5-7200MHz
Processor Cooling: CORSAIR iCUE LINK H150i LCD RGB 360mm Liquid Cooler

I have performed all my undervolting on my CPU and I am on the latest BIOS update.

After trying again today, it is no longer blue screening, but Unreal Engine continuously crashes at start-up. The game does not launch.

This error is what is appearing. I am also getting the "Out of Memory" error that Unreal Engine is famous for.
