Caravan System Is permanently deploying and wont allow me to Purchase a new one!

Currently playing on lyneth - ChrisHansen and I was deploying a caravan when the server shutdown and now Im in a weird permanently deploying cycle and it will not allow me to create or purchase a new one in any of the nodes. I also deleted my beacon and purchased a new one which did not help. I was wondering if someone could reset my caravan system please as I am unable to even use the entirety of thee caravan system.
