Caravan placement error

Complete loss of the ability to use the caravan system

About 24 hours ago, I wanted to send a caravan. I summoned it to Winstead, loaded it with goods from the caravan master and clicked Launch. The caravan moved into my inventory as normal. Then I went to the caravan placement border to start building, but, on the way to the border I encountered monsters, at which point the game froze. After restarting, my character was dead, the caravan assembly area was gone, but the assembled caravan remained in my inventory and when trying to place the game reports that “incorrect Node placement”. Also the game no longer allows me to create a new caravan, neither basic nor from its parts. In an attempt to fix this situation myself, I removed the already assembled caravan from the inventory, but the situation has not changed.

Bug Report - Actual Result
As a result, I lost my improved caravan for 6.6 gold, and completely lost the ability to create a new one. Please help me to fix this situation.

Upd: After restarting the server, the remote caravan reappeared in my inventory and I was able to collect it normally.
