Discussion Title - Unable to hand in "Trashes to Trashes" quest

Description
When trying to hand in the Trashes to trashes quest north of Lionhold the box was blank and I was unable to hand it in.

Bug Reproduction Steps
I am unsure on how to reproduce exactly, I had 2 different kinds of quest item (diamonds and the bones), right before I tried to hand it in I checked at a vendor if the goblin diamonds had any sell value by attempting to sell them, this might've been what cause the issue.

Expected Result
Able to hand in quest like normal.

Bug Report - Actual Result
When trying to hand in the Trashes to trashes quest north of Lionhold the box was blank without an option to hand it in. Solved by deleting the quest and taking it again.
