NPC'S stop attacking

Playing a fighter bleed and after I go threw my rotation of blitz-brutal cleave-rupture-lethal blow-blood fusion-whirlwind then blitz again seems to make npcs stop attacking. NPCs will attack up until second blitz then they stop. Not seeing anything on them other than my bleeds. Maybe it is wounded that is not allowing them to keep attacking me not sure. I use maim as well. To me i believe it is maim causing this. There are no indicators on NPC. I stop second blitzing and seems right after maim in rotation npcs stop attacking. npc type ashen flame warrior
